Orders: Orders placed on business days before 10:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day. Our shipping is via postal mail, DHL parcel or another shipping company selected by you. Together we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible!

 

Packaging: For many of our customers it is important that our packages are delivered discreetly, which is why our products are packaged discreetly in a box that does not show the contents inside.

 

Delivery time: You will receive a Track and Trace by email with which you can track your order. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

 

Germany = 1 - 10 business days.

 

Delivery to a collection point: Because our packages come from The Netherlands, it is unfortunately not possible to send your package to a collection point at this time.

 

Receive your order at home for free: Spend at least €50 for free shipping! Place an order of €50 and we'll take it home for free.

 

For orders less than €50 the shipping costs are as follows: €5,70 PostNL €11,- DHL Shipping costs. The prices of our products do not include shipping costs. 

 

2-week return period: Do you no longer need the product or the product is not what you expected? At TKTX Cream we offer a money-back guarantee within 14 days of receiving the product(s) and a refund of the purchase amount. Where you have advised that you wish to return the products, you must demonstrably return them to TKTX Cream within 14 days. Only unopened products will be accepted. For sealed products, these can only be accepted for return unopened and in good condition (any seal intact). The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
